How to Care for your Handmade Item

 

All Eletra In Stitches products are handmade and should be treated with care. 

We recommend a cold wash for all items, and wool items should be washed on a wool setting. 

We suggest avoiding tumble drying to prolong the life of your item. 

Your hat or dress may arrive out of shape or crumpled due to the shipping process (or will be post washing!). Your item can be ironed on medium heat. 

For hats in particular a medium iron with steam will help your brim keep its shape (or spring back into shape!) after shipping or washing.
